Terms & Conditions for Check4You App
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) govern the use of the Check4You mobile application (“App”), operated by Check4You GmbH (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these T&C.
2. Services Provided
Check4You provides the following services depending on the subscription level:
Free App
Upload & organize documents
Ask questions about documents
Chat with consultant
Schedule appointments
EPOST (paid subscription)
All Free App services
Receive official mail directly in the App
Translation of important documents
EPOST + Admin (paid subscription)
All EPOST services
Form filling assistance
Preparation of one tax return
One insurance check
One complete CV creation
Support with work & rental law issues
Translation of important documents
Premium (paid subscription)
All EPOST + Admin services
Job search support (on request)
Housing search support (on request)
RAV consultation
3. Communication
By registering, you consent that Check4You may contact you via phone, email, or in-app chat regarding your account, services, or support.
4. Subscription & Payment
Subscriptions are billed monthly.
Cancellation requires the notice period stated in the selected plan (1 or 6 months).
All fees are non-refundable once billed.
5. User Responsibilities
Users agree to provide accurate information.
Users are responsible for ensuring access to the App via a compatible device.
Misuse (abuse, fraud, illegal documents) will result in termination of service.
6. Liability Disclaimer
Check4You provides administrative support but is not responsible for final legal or financial outcomes.
We do not guarantee housing or employment but assist in the process.
7. Privacy
Personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes
We may update these T&C at any time. Users will be notified in-app or via email.
9. Governing Law
These T&C are governed by Swiss law.

Documents uploaded to the App (PDF, images, scans).
Chat messages and communications with consultants.
Information entered for forms, tax returns, insurance checks, or CV creation.

Device information (type, operating system, technical identifiers).
App usage statistics and crash logs.
c) Communication data
Calls, emails, or in-app messages exchanged with our consultants.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use collected data to:
Deliver the services included in your subscription plan.
Store and organize your documents securely.
Translate and explain documents on request.
Assist with form filling, tax return preparation, insurance checks, and CV creation.
Support your job search, housing search, or RAV consultation (Premium plan).
Communicate with you about your account, services, and support.
Comply with Swiss legal obligations.
4. Sharing of Information
We only share your data in these cases:
With trusted consultants or service partners who act on your behalf (e.g. insurance providers).
With government or legal authorities if required by law.
We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.
5. Data Storage & Security
All documents and data are stored on encrypted servers.
Access is restricted to authorized staff only.
We use industry-standard security measures (encryption, firewalls, secure access).
6. Retention of Data
Data is stored as long as your account is active.
Upon account termination, documents and data are deleted within 90 days unless required by law.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:

Request correction or deletion.
